Ought airtime that never came through

First MTN changes there BB plan, i go onto there plan and pay my money for the month, 2 days later the 200mb of data is finish and all i used was whatsapp and BBM so i buy more airtime R30 and in one day its finish, i then buy R60 and 1 day its finished, i then buy R90 and same thing again, i then buy airtime and dont touch my phone, still next day its finished so i call MTN asking where is my 200mb free data as stated on there site and why is my airtime finishing so quickly, all i get told is the computer is not letting them send out the 200mb data and that the high charges are the new rules and if i dont like it i must stop using it. so i sent a message to disconnect my BB service and i bought a Nokia instead and using Cell C for my BB hassle free.

Then the next problem is i asked a friend to go on line and bye me R180 airtime for my MTN number, paid the friend and never received the airtime, i received a sms saying it was bought with a reference number but nothing has come yet i called the call centre spoke to Nolwazi gave her my reference number, she says i musy get bank statement and fax them to MTN and so on Ref 361964 what is the refrence number for then? STOP.
