I complained about my Steers as I received raw food, wrote a complaint on Hello peter and when the Franchisee called me he was extremely non sherlont (that's what happens in our industry) is what I was told. The call centre then called me and I said that I was not happy with the response and wanted to speak to a Brand Manager, I was assured that someone would contact me. This happened 3months ago
Again, BAD service where the BIG corporations don't give a dam.
