Called gateway and had a very helpfull person assist me with getting the telephone number for apple I store, tried all 3 numbers but no reply, called gateway back spoke to Ronnie, he sent someone to their store, gave me another number, guess what, no answer and voicemail is full. No use launching a brand but not offer customer support
