On the 1March 2013 I called them the first time, now more then a month later the network problem still not solved. I have to keep calling as they never get back to me. On Tuesday 2 April I get a call saying they are adjusting things at the towers, I will be contacted the following day to come test the signal again. What happens NO CALL, I have to call just to be told they got into 5 towers but didn't a have the keys to get into 2 towers. Today they inform me they don't have the equipment to do the test they will only have it on Sunday.
IT'S CLEAR THAT CELL C DON'T GIVE A DAMB OBOUT THERE CUSTOMERS AS LONG AS THEY CAN TAKE OUR MONEY THEY ARE HAPPY!
It is disgusting that you as Cell C thinks so little of your customers!!!
