this is the 3rd complaint to try and get a result out of cellc.
here are the details.
- 12 july first complaint, filled in form for technician to come out and test signal as we have very bad or no signal on wifi.
- month later nothing happened second complaint filed and another form filled in.
- last month a devon phoned me from cellc to come and test signal.
- cancelled first visit, didn't show for next two proposed visits
- finally a week later phoned and came to our place in time when i could not be here. took tests and said friday he will let me know.
- monday nothing yet and another claim of climbers having to check the signal towers.
- another week later no response..gave devon till today to give me feedback and nothing yet.
so this is final request to sort this problem out.
at this point in time i would like you to cancel my contract for the wifi receiver.
i would like to use a different provider.
