After experiencing terrible signal reception in my residence, i decided to migrate back to Vodacom. I expressed my disappointment with Cell C, and i received a call from the call center explaining that the towers were in the process of being upgraded. The suggestion was made that i purchase a starter pack from Cell C, to monitor any improved signal reception. I did this 3 days ago, and am very happy to report that i have a 100% improvement. Full signal all the time so far. Very happy and will continue monitoring for a couple more days before returning permanently back to Cell C. Thanks to whoever did something right!
