Bad Service!!!

I bought an Top Up Contract at on line at the number 082 1950, the deal was finalized on the 20 th of March and was told delivery would take 2 - 5 working days. I have tried calling the number (082 1950) holding up to an hour and then get cut of!!! Now I am told that my package was returned to Vodacom, but again no one can tell me why. I am so frustrated, to the point where I want to cancel all my vodacom contracts. No one can tell me whats going on, and I am wasting my time trying to get hold of customer care.
Two years back I bought an on line contract and was very satisfied with the service, what happened to VODACOM in only two years??? VERY DISAPPOINTMENT
