Service Appalling / Bad attitude

What 2 experience @ MTN Morningside Saturdays
Arrive 11h30 2 purchase a USB Modem.
Wait 20 min's 4 2 customers 2 b called 2 counters.
Supposedly 14 staff members behind counters. I.E: Takes 140 minutes 4 1 consultant / customer - Fast most definitely not.
Check a "chommie" bypass the whole queue ( - 35 of us) & chat 2 his mate @ the counter 4 over 1/2 an hour.
Politely ask if they r having a social chat or MTN related business.
Get sworn at with a vocabulary of 5 words & 1 verb that begins with F, & ends with K. No Security in sight.
Calmly walk away & wait till "chommie" leaves.
Ask MTN Consultant 4 ticket 2 prove was business related.
Get barked at & basically told, well u can guess.
Ask manager, after waiting 10 min's 4 him if he can assist. Told in 5 min's.
Time now... 12h15 ish
Enquire every now & then, but manager more & more difficult 2 find.
Matter of "Catch me if u can" & not "Everywhere u go"
Closing time - 13h30. Guess what, Still waiting.
Manager approaches, denies saying he would assist me, becomes rude & after raising my voice, 5 security guards appear from nowhere & kick me out.
E-mail "top brass" 4 answers. 12 days l8ter, still waiting. CCV?
