Exceeded my expectation

I went online to buy when I was about to check-out I discover that it takes 3 - 5 days to receive the item so I decided to rush to Pinecrest. When I walked in the other lady literary ignored me and the male security guard gave me attention I could see he was even willing to assist me as he could see I was in a hurry, I said to him its fine "bhuti" I will wait for Lungi (who was busy with other client who seem happy with her service and it seem not first time attended by her) than he said I know some people just decide to leave without buying - to me that was a great team player as most of the time people look down on security guards - I was impressed, to me this guy understand the importance of customers.

I decided to take perfume I thought it might work for me and went to the counter - the indian lady there I could see she was not keen to assist me not sure if she is the manager but still being manager does not mean you cannot help, When Lungi Finished with the customer she came politely to me and ask to help took over, she even went at the back to find the samples which might be similar to the ones I asked from first lady who just said its out of stock.
