Jet store in west gate mall has a DESPICALBLE SERVICE!!! customers have to wait for more than an Hour and half for service to given and when you request for store Manager, he takes his own time to come and see what the he put his customers through and stuff is unprofessional there and willing to assist with anything. They all need to be fired period!! Marakane distshego the so called supervisor has a stinking attitude and doesn't care about the customers and how long we have been standing and waiting to pay, she then decide to tell the Tellers that they must close and customers must again QUEUE on the other side, like Really now and bear in mind that we already been waiting so long to pay for the good we need, SERVICE IS SHOCKING! Pasca failed to provide assistance and to calm customers down on this issue and all he could do was gave a lame story about need all stuff to protect the money being collected, what's security for really now, he didn't even bother to apologize or take my details down. I need to Jet store to give def of Customer service as manger couldn't define it. How they going avoid this kind of service of customer waiting to be assisted.
