Shocking Service

I cancelled my contract early and was advised by an agent by the name of Peace that all I would need to do is pay an amount and the contract would be immediatly terminated. Further to that I went into a walk in centre and emailed customer care proof of payment. I was still debitted!!! Not to mention it is extremely hard to get a hold of anyone to assist. Hanging on for over 15 min to speak to a consultant is absurd!!! Vodacom should really be ashamed of their service!!!
