Unpleasant tablet!!!

I bought a Samsung Tablet via F.N.B applying process was so easy and convenient my Device was delivered in no time at cost of R150.00.My Device was delivered on the 18 March brand new. While I was enjoying my Device on the 7 April it froze then after an hour or so it was fine.
In the morning of the 9 April it froze again!!! Suddenly at the back it was very hot eventually it was off can't even switch it on.
The sad part is I have not used the phone even for a month or paid the first instalment of 24 months.
I went to FNB Branch at Protea Glen Mall when I got there the consultant (Zweli) send me to my network provider??? What does MTN has to do with the Device I got from FNB???
I had to explain the process by this time I was really frustrated and slowly but surely I was getting furious. I called several call centre numbers finally was advised to take the Device to Boksburg!!
I spent almost 2 hours in that branch nobody asked for name or contact anything, at this point I was really furious, went to the Branch Manager office Morne Tyatyeka and left the Device and drive off. I called Samsung was told someone will get back to me till today no call from samsung
