Ref: 8492953 - Phone 2 months in for repairs: No Feedback
I sent in my phone in for repairs but nobody is getting back to me, the call centre also cannot give me answers, All they said is " that it takes a maximum of 4 weeks sir ", But I am waiting 8 weeks already. " 8 weeks is far to long sir" : and no ownership is taken to assist me further.

When I then also asked regarding my MTN Data package where I am paying for 3G upcapped, I told that the fastest it goes is around 40kbps, when I use other networks then I get super speeds using the same modem just changing the sim cards. Why must I pay so much for a service which I cannot use
The consultant couldn't answer me and transferred me to a line where I held on for more than 10 minutes where I rather decided to drop the call due to my money being wasted on waiting. I called back but no answer

I then went on the website "GET US TO CALL YOU" area and sent my problem

I am still waiting till today with no feedback

I tried calling the client service today but nobody is answering at all.
Why must I go through so much trouble just to get an answer from Nashua Mobile.
