My brother bought a S4 cash form telkom river square. a month and a half later the phone starts giving problems and over heats.
he took it in to the store, they said it needs to be repaired. that was three weeks ago!!!
he went today to the branch to find out where the phone is because they don't give feedback.
They tell him the parts will only be there on the 15th there after he will wait another week for it.
This is utter rubbish!!! Use a phone for 6 weeks then its in for repairs for 5 weeks???
If this is the service you give to customers i will make sure everyone i know is told about this. (mark my words i know a lot of people as i work with the public) replace the phone or sort it out and not take another 3 weeks.
