Ordered goods in November, order confirmation states delivery within two weeks. After two weeks no delivery, call again and told it's two weeks after deal closes. Wait another two weeks to be safe - still no delivery. It's now almost two months, and after many calls and emails, still no commitment as to when product will be delivered and no explanation as to why product has not been delivered. Customer services response - they will let me know as soon as they have any feedback... not good enough. I want
