Good Day

I would like to bring the below matter to your attention.

I have been struggling for nearly a month now on trying to place an order for 3 x additional sim cards and get them activated.
1.Firstly my initial order was for 3G data sim cards - 6 sim cards were delivered.
2.The paperwork that was requested to be amended as per your instruction was sent through this morning
3.It is now late in the afternoon and still none of the sim cards have been activated.
This is poor customer service from Autopage - when I place orders through Vodacom I never experience such shocking "lack of" service!!!
I want this matter sorted out today - if not - CQS will be taking our business elsewhere to a supplier who actually wants business from Corporate Companies!
I await an immediate response on this matter!
