We applied for furniture 2 and a half weeks ago, firstly we waited a whole week to find out if it was approved after we had to call house and home several times to enquire about it according to the staff we spoke to they were off line and promised to call back we never received a call back as promised. Eventually Rashen notified us to come and pay a deposit so that they could order the goods from Johannesburg, now a week and a half later we still didn't receive anything. We called Rashen according to him they don't have all in stock and must wait for Durban branch to transfer stock to Johannesburg. A few days ago it was because of rain that they can't send the stuff from Johannesburg to us now there is no stock. We need to follow up and call them. We were promised that we will receive the stuff that they do have today still nothing and Rashen is not returning our calls. OK furnitures was the best a month ago they looked for our stock we bought from them at all branches within 3 days we had all our stuff that we purchased, according to my knowledge House and Home should be THEE place, clearly not! Could we please have service urgently or cancel the whole deal and go back to OK!!!
