I'd like to commend Nicole for going the extra mile to assist with my upgrade. I required a 32G white iPhone5 which was really difficult to find stock of. I had personally been to the Woodmead Retail Park store and ordered one but no one got back to me from that store. I then went onto MTN's website and emailed the area contact to assist.
Nicole went out of her way, emailing me several times a day to find out if i'd been helped. When i informed her that i hadn't, she personally sourced one for me at a store in the area. Thabiso from Fourways store called me to say he was able to keep the phone for 24 hours and was really accomodating offering to keep the phone and store open should I get stuck in traffic on the way to the store before closing time.
"Old fashioned" service like this is hard to come by.
