I called last Sat to ask if they ha "Squinkies". Martin informed me that they had one packet and he would keep them aside. When I got to the store Martin informed me that he had good news and bad news. When he put the phone down to me he went to get the last packet only to find it had just been sold. But he said not to worry, he had organised a packet from another store and it would be delivered this week. True to his word he called me to say that the packet had arrived. I then asked if he had extra. He said no but would try and make a plan and he asked what I wanted. Imagine my surprise when I went there a few hours later to find that he had personally organised everything that I had asked for.
This is for a product that was sold out at literally every store in Jhb (he sourced them in Pretoria) and no other toy shop even bothered to help me find.
GREAT SERVICE, I will go there again and again.
