During December 2012 I was due for contract upgrading. I visit the local service provider and decided upon a contract which consist of two phones. A samsung and nokia asha was agree upon and my wife choose the Nokia. I asked for insurance on the phones and the sales lady specifically advise me that she will insure only the phone of my wife because it was more expensive. During April my wife phone got lost and sadly the insurance inform me that they wont replace the phone because the contact holder did not use the phone in time of.
We feel that the Service provider are at fault because they mislead us and I am still paying the insurance amount without a replacement.
Wont use this Service Provider again.
