I upgraded one of my lines in December 2012 and the contract came inclusive with BIS. In March I requested for the BIS to be suspended temporarily, but now when I want to have BIS re-instated I am having an uphill battle. Firstly I was told that I cannot get BIS anymore because it has been discontinued, then I am told that I can get BIS again since it came with the contract and was promised that it would be done. Then Amanda from the call centre loaded a 500mb data bundle instead of BIS and I will now probably be charged for that as well. I just spoke to Patricia who explained that her supervisor will caal me since I cannort have BIS anymore. Please can someone tell me what is happening here since all I want is for BIS to be re-activated on my line since the upgrade came with the BIS service. Also I would like the incorrectly loaded 500mb data bundle to be removed and all charges to me cancelled.
