Disgusted at the service and poor understanding

On January the 11th, i upgraded my cellphone account to be able to receive the iphone4s, this meant going from paying around R450.00 a month to R740.00... Michelle at Northmead Square handled my upgrade and she asked how much DATA i would like to be available to me, i stated that 500MB should be good for the month, NO other information was disclosed to me on DATA USAGE and the costs that followed... Michelle sent through my upgrade info through to head office for them to activate my upgrade, on the Thursday the 17th Jan, my phone was stoped for exsisive DATA USAGE that amounted to R3600.00..i took the mater up with AUTOPAGE to find out that they had not activated the 500MB stop which i was notified will be done when i took the upgrade..after speaking to accounts department, they said i am liable for the account, but they didnt put the stop on when i reacherd 500MB USAGE, i then in Febuary sometime recieved an sms stating that the account will be credited, that sms is no longer on my phone and AUTOPAGE can not see it on their side (convieniently)..Janine contacted me and said i am liable for the R3600.00, AUTOPAGE never activated to stop, why must i pay for DATA over the 500MB i wanted
