Escalating the query

This is the response I receive every time I phone 8ta the issue has been escalated.
The problem started when my wife went to pick up her phone and had to give a nominated Telkom number, according to her the sales rep entered the number and said after 24 hours she could start calling her mom (this was mainly the reason for signing with 8ta). So she did and to our surprise she received a bill of over R650.00 of which R365.00 was just on calls she made to her mom. So we phoned 8ta to ask but why was she billed for calls to her mom and they told us the number was never nominated. From that day it has been an uphill battle with them they also deducted her minutes for that month and this month she has only received 6 minutes to call with. Ironically they phoned last week to rate their service to say it mildly it was not their best review. Hope this complaint will escalate the query...
