NO PHONE FOR 2 WEEKS

On the 14th March I signed a premium contract with 8ta, unlimited calls and sms for 1601 per month
They promised to have my number ported within 72 hours, they also told me the new Z10 Blackberry had the whats app application available.
On Sat the 23rd I cancelled my contract because the port was still not done and the Z10 has no whats app application. In this time i had a temporary number which none of my business people knew.

After cancelling and getting a cancellation number i went across to Vodacom and renewed my existing contract however 8ta will now not release the port so I have to sit in limbo now with no phone until they release my number. I have now been without a phone for 12 days.
They have told me numerous times that it will be done by such and such a time but empty promises seem to be their operating principle.

I dont know what more i can do or how much freindlier I can be.
