What was originally a bad experience turned out to be probably the best service I have received in long time. After filing a complaint I was contacted by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable individual by the name of Achmat Harris, who could not have handled the situation any better. He took ownership, showed a great deal of integrity, definitely went more than the extra mile, and I'm sure nobody could've exceeded my nor anyones expection for superior customer service any more than what he has, leaving me feeling important as a customer as well as an individual. Over and above, I am once again confident that 8ta is and will continue to be the number 1 cellular network provider. I hope Telkom & 8ta realises what an asset you are!
