Sanlam slow to resolve an estate and policy

My Dad passed away on the 7th of July 2012 and we are still waiting for Sanlam to resolve the matter for the estate.

The other day I have received a Policy for my Mom that need to be sort out between Sanlam and Momentum, but I had to sort out the despute for Sanlam because a Mrs Pieterse need to fill out the forms as the executor for Momentum.

So the Policy now need to be send to the Master of the High Court before the Policy could be paid out.

Why do people take out policy's? It is for them to have eeze of mind, because these people are there to sort it out for you.
You don't whan't any hassles when one of your love ones has passes on.

Momentum you are a great company and I would rather urge people to take out Policy's etc with you.
