CANCELLING LIQUID DIRECT CAR MAINTENANCE PLAN

I have a car maintenance plan with Liquid Capital started 2 years ago when I bought my car. My car was recently written off and from the 15th Oct 2013 I have been trying to call liquid capital to cancel the policy I have with them. Every time I call, I get put on hold so that I can speak to the cancellations department, but every time I get put through to the cancellations department I get put on hold for close to 30 minutes. Well, for one I do not have enough airtime to be on hold for 30 minutes at a time with no response and resolution to my query at the end. For two, it is completely incompetent and unprofessional to have a call centre that puts people on hold for that long.
It is not acceptable for me to continue to pay a fee for car maintenance when I do not have a car anymore, I need to cancel this policy please sort this out for me. I cannot sort it out myself seeing that the call centre of this company is so incompetent. My names are Maphoka Rethabile Setai please sort out my issue as I cannot continue to pay for a service I am not receiving.
