Incompetent and rude call centre agent

On Tuesday 19 March I called DSTV seeking assistance with my PVR and extraview reconnection. The agent by the name of Boitumelo in the ipanelist dept, seemed unsure of my query and she wouldn't let me explain to her as she kept interrupting. I also enquired about my account billing and she kept giving me incomplete figures which were inconsistent with my payments. I then asked her to put me through to another consultant who might be able to assist me and for some reason she wouldn't and asked me to redial. I then asked her for her surname and reference number for the call and she refused point blank, an indication that she didn't want to be tracked. I had to redial and spoke to Lerato Mogodiri, Call Ref. 127226211 who gladly gave me her surname and ref. no. and promised to escalate my complaint to a higher level. As Lerato was not in the right dept to assist me, she handed me over to Mbali who patiently worked with me until she traced the problem to the missing heartbeat cables in the secondary decoder to allow extra view connection. I hope an investigation is carried out to find Boitumelo so she can explain her rude behaviour and refusal to give issue a ref. no and her surname.
