First off, I bought a blackberry 6 months ago in order to make use of the BIS service, which MTN has now removed, which in all fairness - I can still accept. However they made the new services so un user friendly, I finally gave up on it and bought a new phone. Then i bought 75MB of social networking and 75MB smartphone data usage and yet, everytime I go online with my Galaxy, my airtime gets depleted. So I try and find the call centre number because maybe it's just a setting that I need to fix. MTN says, phone 173. Well lo and behold, it tells me the number I have dialled is incorrect! Half the time reception, call charges are shocking, services aren't available half the time - what are you people doing? Thank you Vodacom for welcoming me as a new customer, so far I am more than happy with the service. MTN needs to stop trying to get themselves on every billboard, stop trying to be innovative, and concentrate on making their existing services exceptional!!!
