Unauthorised airtime deduction

I bought R25 airtime when I checked my balance I only had R5 when I called my service provider I was told it was a subscription that went off. They gave me the number for the company I did not have airtime to call but cancelled the subscription I never agreed to by sending an sms. Recently R40 was deducted from my airtime. When I emailed them I was told it was for content I bought for the value of R700.

"As a gesture of goodwill, I have stopped these outstanding charges totaling R660 from being deducted from your phone. I have also unsubscribed you from all of our services and put a block on your phone preventing you from being able to use our services in the future." RESPONSE FROM WAPBILL

I asked them to provide me with information about content I had no idea about, to which they replied.
"In our commitment to customer satisfaction I would, on this occasion, like to offer you a full refund of R40 "

I would like to warn others out there that WAPBILL deducted R60 in total from my airtime without my permission. I also want them to refund the R20 they deducted.
