I have heard enough of MTN is mess up. i have two contracts with MTN one ipad deal of R379 which is uncapped and i wasn't told about at the store well i have learnt to live with it because no one can help set a limit on it, and a BlackBerry Top up 279. and insurance of R110. which goes off my account EVERY LAST DAY OF THE MONTH and i haven't missed a single payment since inception of my contract, all of a sudden i get a call from my bank that 3 MTN Debit orders have return unpaid (In charged R115 times 3 for unpaid fees). i had a reason why i choosed the the LAST DAY OF EVERY MONTH for it to go off insisted MTN decided to debit my account on the 28th 3 days before my request and what i signed for. i connect the call center agent rude as per normal and i was sent to the branch i opened the account because they not responsible for it and its "not showing unpaid", i go to the branch and im told need to speak again to the call center. No here is the situation my Bank Account is negative because of "unpaid" MTN debit orders! this need to be sorted out before i escalated further to the oubodsman.
