After struggling about 3 months to get a settlement quote from cellc to cancel my contract and doing so in February 2013 they have gone and deducted the whole settlement from my account again!!!
I received confirmation that payment was received and that the contract was cancelled yet they went and without any authorisation deducted almost a thousand rand from my account.
Really didn't think the service could get any worse. Above all that i reversed the transaction after trying three times to call them and having no luck after 20-30minutes, i sent an email and it is how many days later and still havent received any reply.
I hate cellc. The company is and there is no such thing as service.
