BAD SERVICE- 8ITA STORE IN CRESTA

I took my phone in for repairs, 1st week of December 2013, only after two weeks I receive an sms telling how much it will cost and someone will contact me to ask if I would like them to fix it.. No one ever called me so I had to go all the way to Cresta to tell them I wont pay such an amount and may I have my phone back, I was tod I need to pay a handling fee, which I did and now Im still sitting without my phone and no one seems to know where my phone is, I keep calling them and going to cresta to ask for my phone and I always get the same answer, it is now 5 weeks and I still dodnt have my phone back and the manager is never around when I go there... this is such bad service... i have just decided to sit and wait, clearly Im not a valued customer to them...
