I work for a company that gets discounts if we take a contract out with MTN, now all of a sudden i owe MTN R320 which at the time i called in to ask how that R320 was made up and if i need to pay it i would, the guy helping then said it would be sorted out. The next month my debit order is not for my normal amount however its only for that R320, now this month i get a sms saying that i owe R818 and guess what? R818 is debited to my account!!! I went over every month with the guy i called (which was very helpful) and i showed him that some months MTN said i dont even owe anything (no balances nothing) and this is how they send out their statements, they could not even tell me what was going on with the account because it was so poorly managed! I have been dealing with this for maybe the last 3 -4 months and held back from posting here but now this is enough!
