She does not know what she is doing

I get an sms this morning advising me that my business lines have been suspended and a payment is due. My payments as per the invoice are due on the 27th of each month. I call and speak to Mpho Hlubi who tells my credit limit is over by R 316.00 - I offer to pay the amount and she says I must pay R 500.00 which I promptly did. When calling to have the line restored, I am told by her manager that I must pay the full amount outstanding in order to restore the lines. THE AMOUNT IS ONLY DUE ON THE 27TH!!! This is what he failed to understand. TELKOM - PLEASE TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS! That is the only way that the rest of the staff will be clued up, such incompetence impacts on small businesses like us.

As it is, one of the lines that you have suspended has not been working properly for the past couple of weeks. You sent a technician to my premises who hardly knows what he is doing. He has made more of a mess than I had when I first logged a fault. He promised to come back, two weeks later he has not come back. Again - Incompetence at a high level. I am sick of this
