BIZ DEACTIVATION

My contract was up for re-newal in Dec. we decided that we would carry this over and not change it. my husband went to a Vodacom outlet to make sure that all was in order, to be told that this contract would just roll over and there was no need to sign anything. at this time we were not told that my BIZ which was currently apart of my contract would expire and would then need to be re-activated.
come the 29th of March, no sms, no notification of termination, nothing, and my BIZ is deactivated.
when i call the customer care centre i get told that they sent me an sms, and that I should have phoned THEM as is customary with other customers who do this???!!!
they now state that i can have my BIZ back, but this will be charged at the full rate of R59 and this will then be added to my contract price. this was only indicated because I called them! poor poor customer service indeed!
