My name is Amo and I received a message that MTNSP has debited an amount of R333 from my account, gave them a call yesterday just after 14H00 and spoke Thembinkosi who could not give me answers and after 20minutes of struggling I requested to speak to his Superior and he kept me on hold for 15min and cut the line thereafter, called again and spoke to Busi who told me she cannot transfer me to Thembinkosi, she allowed me to speak to her Superior who was not helpfull at all. i believe that no debit orders are submitted in any client's account in this world if he has not been advised that he will either be double debited for an amount that bounced in January but payment was received in February, i want answers ASAP and this resolved. i am the monthly subscription payer on this accounts and i demand answers.
