Double Debit Orde

I am sick and tired of African Bank, they have double debited my account and no one wants to take responsibility or give me proper answers in the collection department, worst of all, I have been speaking to a lady by the sirname of Banda on extension 011 256 9362 and she cannot give me answers now when she hears my voice she hangs up, now I also spoke to a lady by the name of Nicolen she also decides to keep quite on me and told me she can't hear me and i cant just scream if I want to, she decides to hang up after a while. I have other commitments and it shouldn't be my problem that you people debited my account twice, which the amount is over R 2000, its crazy and no superior in the collection department is even willing to assist me. I always have aproblem with African Bank, I cannot tolerate the service anymore It is very unprofessional and consultants are disrespecting customers and not helpful at all.
