No responce, No responce

I have made a complaint on the 28/01/2013. I received a response back in early February. They came and tested the signal and confirmed there was a problem and knew exactly what the problem was. I was told I would only receive response back in March 2013. Two months has gone by since they were here and I have not received any response, nor is the problem resolved.
