Claim Refusal - no responce / feedback

I logged a complaint with HP Tue 5 Feb at 14h27 i received an email responce Tue 5 Feb 16h05. I received a phone call Wed 6 Feb @ /-16h20, I was in the noisy factory and could not hear I asked her to phone in 20mins. she said she was leaving work and could not call back and ask when she could call. I replied after 08h30 the following morning. I received no call the following day Wed 7 or Thur 8 Feb. on Fri 9 Feb after several phone calls I managed to track her down. we discussed my problem (a bit heated at times) and she said she would have to take my complaint to the management. I requested that she also played back the recorded phone call to management so they could hear my complaint first hand. She said she would get back to me by Tue 12 Feb. I said i would be at Mabula Game Reserve but both my cell phone and email would be working. It is now more than two weeks since the promissed reply date and I have not received a call or an email and my problem and claim is still unresolved. My SB Private Banker has also taken the problem further and I have still not had any reply. Standard Bank quick to take your money, no customer service, commitment, responsibility or communication!!!
