Last week I was contacted by Cell C saying that because of high volumes of traffic in my area, the site is being upgraded and I will see an improvement in a week. Now, more than a week down the line the reception is worse than it ever was!!! This is absolutely pathetic service. Cell C!!! I want my money back... you can have your phones and contracts!
