I have two cell phones with Cell C and they have been switched off even though I phoned and told them that I have paid the amounts cash because my debit order would not go through at the end of March. I sorted this out with both Cell C in Somerset West and at the call centre. I was told everything was fine. On 26th April the phones were switched off. This is not my first thing going wrong with Cell C. I advised them to stop a contract and they said it was done and six months later they were still billing me for the contract. I asked them to change how I get charged for the bbm, they said it had been changed and six months later it had not been changed.
I am going to close these contracts early and seek a more reliable supplier.
All of the above transactions took several phone calls as well as several visits to Cell C at Somerset Mall which is all costly.
