My cellphone contract expired 3 years ago and Altech is still debiting my bank account reason being i did not cancel the contract. However a year ago i went to a branch in durban and gave them my ID NO and asked them to cancel it and they gave me the cell number which to cancel and it was the wrong number. Now they want me to pay R700.
