Egards OTA Poor service & slow delivery

13 October at precisely 19:12pm & i bought 2 telkom mobile vouchers (R50 & R100) via Edgars OTA. I never got my vouchers & i attempted to resend the voucher pins to myself but i was unsuccessful.

I then resorted to calling OTA customer care line. On 22nd Oct i called & after 10minutes of waiting, i was finally answered by a lady called Duduzile (ref : 2210131142061). She explained that the reason i never got my vouchers was that my number once belonged to vodacom (I ported to Telkom mobile) & that she will get their admin to call me back.

That never happened.

24th i called again, i spoke to Thandi (ref : 241013995213) & she told me that my previous request was never sent to admin & that she will send it. I then was called by a guy named Tebogo from admin, he gave me my 2 voucher pins, only 1 worked.

i called again on the same day & i was told that they'd get Tebogo to call me.

That never happened.

Now i called again for the 4th time on the 25th at 4pm & spoke to Trevor who advised that there was no reference for the call & that i must call telkom M & give them the voucher serial number that he gave me. Telkom said that they can't help, i must get my pin from edgars ota.
