We took out a 2G contract in September 2011 at the Gateway Centre branch with a sales person ref D00792. We have trouble in connecting and getting signal so I went in to see them and they promised to contact their technical dept to assess our coverage. This was never done. When I returned they told me they could not assist as the branch was closing down. I asked for a contact person and called Xenobia who said she would come back to me. She has never done so, in spite of further messages left and SMS's - she won't answer when she sees my number. The contract was for R189 and because of slow and no connection it costs us up to R900p.m. as we used over 4 gigs unnecessarily. I visited the store In Centurion and the team leader never followed up either and was not interested. I have asked to cancel this but was told I can only give notice in September 2013 and not before and the attitude has been unprofessional to say the least. No follow up and no interest and bad after sales service. I was told to try Colin Swart, Tom David or Mr Graham but they just do not answer their phones. I am at my wits end and as pensioners with limited funds R900 p. m is excessive.
