From day one with Nashua we have had endless problems, now when I have had enough of bad service and treatment I involved the franchise service manager Welile and he put the phone down in my ear because I refused to accept that he couldn't help me! Due to Nashua negligence my bills have been 1600 every month and I pay them, now when I query it they won't talk to me until I pay or change my tariff to save me money, all they care about is there pocket, the Norwood store is filthy with RUDE staff except one Tsepho (the big one) the products haven't been cleaned or changed! this store needs to be closed down to prevent any other complaints!!!
