Declined contract due to poor service

I have complained about the fact that it took three months and many RD's to get it my debit order date changed and I have been patient and tolerant, I have not been nearly as rude or difficult has what I should be or could be but I have come to realise that due to this my credit rating at the bank has been damaged and due to this my application for 2 galaxy note 10.1 's with 2 Gigs of data on both have been declined and it is not because of anything I have done. I would like this fixed ASAP! My credit limit permits this and i have never missed a payment, even with all these issues i have payed my account by the date i have been requesting. The only reason I have stayed with MTN is because of the excellent service I have been receiving from the Consultant that has been helping me. She has been patient, kind and very helpful, she should be rewarded for her hard work! I want my applications approved immediately and I want to deal only with Cathy! Please see to this
