Shocking service in our area both cell and data. Whole community complaining
Despite numerous complaints nothing has been done
We have a modem installed by MTN a number of years back and despite 2 recent (6-12 months) calls the technicians have not come to check it. Apparently they no longer use sub contractors who used to give efficient service
Since a new tower was erected about 10 km away the situation has got worse
The region is in dire straits and starting to look to Vodacom for solutions
