I applied for a migration from Straight up 50 to Top up 50 towards the end of 2013, which took over 3months to complete. I confirmed with the agent that all my other extras stay the same and she did confirm that they would stay the same. the migration was done but they removed my cell c cover without my instruction. I got an sms to say my cover is removed and when i called them, they kept on saying they will fix and it is still not fixed. When i want to speak to the managers, they are never available. I have made more than 8 calls for this query. They never do anything right. I am really disappointed in the service I've been getting from CellC for past 2 years. they do this because they know i wont be able to cancel the contract. Can Cell C get this sorted out as soon as possible!!!
