I booked my phone in at the Vodashop on the 12/03/2013, after calling back myself as i did not receive any feedback after 20 days I called myself. Only to find out my phone was repaired the very same day I dropped it off.
When asking to speak to a manager, I eventually dropped the call after holding for 8min's for someone to come to the phone.
The level of service offered by this store is pathetic.
Besides this, whenever you are going into this store, you are guaranteed a 10min waiting period, YOU CANT ALWAYS BE UNDERSTAFFED!
